Cancellation Policy

At Detailed Mobile, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional mobile car detailing services. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team. 1. Scheduling Appointments Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Please provide accurate contact information and vehicle details when booking. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 4. Arrival & Service Location Our mobile detailing team will arrive within a 15minutes of your scheduled time. Please ensure there is adequate space and access to the vehicle for service. If weather conditions prevent safe detailing, we will contact you to reschedule. 5. Payment Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major card providers including : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay cards . 6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns
