Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Detailed Mobile

​At Detailed Mobile, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services and ensuring our customers are satisfied. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our team.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We will gladly return to correct any issues at no additional charge, as long as the concern is related to the original service provided.

  • Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to correct the problem.

Deposits

  • Any deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits will be applied toward your final bill when the service is completed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee, and deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a forfeited deposit.

No-Show Policy
  • If we arrive at your scheduled location and you are not present, or the vehicle is not available to be serviced, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds for Prepaid Services
  • For prepaid services (such as gift certificates or packages), refunds will only be given if the service has not yet been performed and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
