Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope
  • We provide mobile vehicle detailing services at the location specified by the customer.

  • Services are performed according to the package selected at the time of booking.

  • Any additional work requested outside of the agreed service may incur extra charges.

2. Vehicle Condition
  • Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions may require additional fees.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or refuse service if the vehicle’s condition poses a health or safety risk.

3. Access & Location Requirements
  • The customer must provide access to the vehicle and ensure there is adequate space for our team to work safely.

  • A safe, legal, and accessible work area must be available (e.g., driveway, parking lot, or street parking where allowed).

  • For some services, access to water and/or power may be required unless otherwise arranged.

4. Appointments & Cancellations
  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

  • No-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.

5. Liability
  • While we take great care, Detailed Mobile is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in your vehicle’s finish, upholstery, or mechanical systems.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by rust, loose trim, faulty seals, or pre-existing structural issues.

  • Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

6. Weather Conditions
  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, extreme heat, lightning). We will contact you promptly to arrange a new date.

7. Payment
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prepaid.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.

  • All deposits are applied toward the final bill.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are only issued if we are unable to resolve the concern (see our Refund Policy).

9. Changes to Terms
  • Detailed Mobile may update these Terms at any time. The updated date will be posted at the bottom of this page.
